Oh my god. This was such a great read/play! It's funny, unserious, and yet just a lighthearted story. I especially adore Liam, that dude. 😆🥰 Although I'm sure I'd love Angel and Elias just fine aswell. But anyway, props to the team for this game! I love you all, and Liam. Thank you.
this was super fun to play and i'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner! i loved the glimpse into the world and the characters! i actually found myself so invested, i found myself drafting what i thought a prequel or sequel might look like...
(hope you don't mind a potential fic based off of this, haha)
as a fellow filipino trans i loved elias on sight, aside from the genders, liam's route really reminded me of mira's magical mishap and i loved it, and i really loved angel! it was fun seeing a "you know, this is way too short a time for me to know if it's romance, but i'm into getting to know you better" ending
BUT THE REAL MVP HAS GOT TO BE IRENE. i ADORED her. she is SO GREAT. the way she is so silly and easily flustered and shrug emoji at gender and so sweet. i love her so much. i had to do the math and apparently if liam took off 5 inch boots and ended up under her boobs either liam is under 5 feet tall or irene is like EITHER ALMOST OR AT SEVEN FEET TALL? god i love her. torn between wanting to see a canon design and getting excited to design my own.
anyways, all this to say: this was an amazing experience to play, i loved it, thank you for making it, i'll remember it fondly for years
too much adhd - i found the other characters understimulating 💀 (not exactly a criticism lmao but in case any other adhders were curious about the pacing/intensity - I found the start quite slow too) but omg i loved liam way more than I anticipated and absolutely fell into the story omg it can be so hard to land the emotional pay off with his kind of character but y'all ate it down no questions.
I did kinda assume that the target audience was trans men so it wasn't a fun surprise to be forced into the main character's perspective and i found myself cringing a lot at the start (not necessarily bad lol, presumably that's the point) but it would've been nice to have options for the player I think and more opportunities for input/interaction - i was expecting more of a traditional visual novel than a kinetic(? is that the term) thingy.
The art is gorgeous tho i love the touch of the watercolour backgrounds, and complementary (as opposed to homogenous) art styles.

Liam about to sing this to Irene:
(Thank you so much for the kind words about the game! They warmed all our hearts.)
